Kerry Robert Associates is on the look-out for a CFO for a London based Hotel Company. This Group has impressive growth plans within the UK and outside of the country. The role is a newly created position in which you will be working closely with the investors of the group. The company already has a portfolio of hotels which are successfully trading under well known hotel brands.
Location - London on-site
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all development projects
- Closely working with banks/refinancing
- Overseeing cash flow, cash management & working capital
- Preparing financial statements and reports for all projects
- Leading the finance strategy for the entire group
- Managing and working closely with the group's Finance team
Qualifications
- Must be a qualified Accountant with previous CFO/Finance Director Experience
- 10+ year Hotel/Hospitality finance experience
- UK based
