This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our business, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that our services maintain the highest standards. You will work closely with founders, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build robust processes, execute high-impact initiatives, and institutionalize best practices for long-term growth. You will own and lead the operational strategy, process development, and execution of our astrology services.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Ownership & Process Optimization: Develop SOPs, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency for partnerships and executions.
✅ Strategic Initiatives: Identify gaps and opportunities, drive innovation, and implement scalable solutions to enhance business performance & consumer experience.
✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with astrologers, authorities, priests, vendors, and any other key partners to ensure seamless execution.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key business drivers, competitive landscape, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
✅ Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, and product teams to execute business initiatives and drive company objectives.
✅ Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report KPIs to track momentum, proactively flag issues, and optimize execution.
✅ Execution of High-Impact Projects: Lead time-sensitive, complex business initiatives by quickly understanding context and developing a structured approach for resolution.
