We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring financial stability as we scale our business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive profitability.
• Identify investment opportunities and financial risks.
Financial Operations & Compliance
• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Ensure financial processes align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Lead fundraising efforts, including venture capital, private equity, or debt financing.
• Manage relationships with investors and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Develop financial models and projections to support capital-raising activities.
Growth & Scalability
• Analyze financial performance and recommend growth strategies.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Support expansion efforts, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in sports tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries.
• Proven track record of fundraising and financial management in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
