Referment have partnered with a Financial Services focused Consultancy that are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team in London. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data to optimise sales and marketing strategies, enhance CRM (Salesforce) functionality and play a key role in improving company performance.
The Sales Operations Analyst will work as part of the Commercial team, supporting Sales and Marketing teams by providing accurate data insights and improving sales efficiencies and marketing performance.
Tasks undertaken by the Sales Operations Analyst will include but not be limited to the following activities:
- Produce reports and insights that drive improvement across the commercial function
- Own and optimise their Salesforce CRM improving data cleanliness and usage
- Analyse lead conversion rates and pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks
- Analyse Pardot activity and PPC performance
To be considered for this role, we are keen to speak with people with the following experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing analytics / data analysis
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience including dashboard creation and report generation
- Experience of Pardot including campaign automation
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as tableau
- Good communicator and keen to work part of a commercial team
