We’re looking for an organised, energetic, and brilliant business operations coordinator to join our team.
This isn’t just an admin job — it’s your chance to work across multiple parts of the business, support senior leaders, and get a front-row seat to how a fast-moving company really works.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track — from contract admin to scheduling meetings, prepping sales proposals, welcoming guests, and making the office hum.
💡 What you’ll do:
- Support directors and teams with contracts, systems, and processes
- Arrange meetings for senoir management
- Support with sales admin, contract and subscription management
- Be the friendly face for visitors and keep the office running like clockwork

- A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable dealing with internal teams and guests
