The Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be a key driver of efficiency and effectiveness within Corndel’s Sales and Marketing function. You will be responsible for optimising processes, coordinating cross-team initiatives, supporting Client and Account Directors, and enabling the sales team to perform at their best. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will implement best practices, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Optimising sales processes, enhancing ways of working, and improving the overall effectiveness of the wider sales infrastructure.
- Collaborating with Business Development Leadership to coordinate and support key initiatives across the sales and marketing team, maintaining a single view of progress, risks, and backlog.
- Managing cross-team initiatives, including team days, events, and strategic meetings.
- Partnering with Marketing, Client, and Account Directors to ensure their teams have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Working closely with sales enablement to ensure the sales team has up-to-date resources and is fully trained on all systems and processes.
- Assisting with contract management, sales performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Acting as a central liaison between sales, marketing, finance, enrolment, and customer success teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Overseeing the adoption and effective use of sales, marketing, and enablement tool stacks.
- Owning the internal sales and marketing communication and events plan.

Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- Experience working in a high performing B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and coordinate between teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for process optimisation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key sales performance metrics.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organisation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualisation platforms.
- Experience supporting sales and client teams with operational improvements.
