We’re hiring a Regional Business Operations Manager to elevate EMEA operations. This high-impact role focuses on operational excellence, process optimization, and data-driven strategy, partnering with EMEA leadership and reporting to our VP of Revenue Operations and Global Partnerships (with a dotted line to the EMEA CEO).
You’ll:
- Drive process improvements for scalability and collaboration
- Leverage HubSpot CRM for reporting, forecasting, and analytics
- Provide actionable insights from revenue trends and market data
- Build dashboards to track key metrics with tools like Tableau or Looker
- Support EMEA growth initiatives and align global teams
We’re looking for:
- 4+ years in Business Ops, Strategy, or Revenue Ops in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL a plus) and BI tool experience
- CRM expertise (HubSpot/Salesforce) and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to influence senior leaders and thrive in a fast-paced setting
