Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving fiscal responsibility across all departments. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional financial acumen and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Duties
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage treasury functions to ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity.
- Lead expense management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and COSO frameworks.
- Provide strategic planning insights to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with other executives to drive organizational performance through sound financial practices.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization’s financial position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including treasury management and expense management.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with a focus on long-term growth.
- High level of financial acumen, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting, including IFRS standards.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $174,805.00 per year
