We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive process efficiency, service excellence, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Oversee service delivery & process management, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards are met
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
- Lead a high-performing team, managing recruitment, coaching, and development
- Ensure stakeholder engagement with clear communication and collaboration
- Manage workforce planning to meet business commitments
What You Bring
- Experience in operations & customer-driven processes
- Strong problem-solving & leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in an FCA-regulated environment
