Acting as a force multiplier, the team ensures that DataDome stays ahead of industry trends and executes with precision across teams.

GTM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and segments, aligned with company growth goals
- Define target customer segments, key use cases, and support Product & Engineering on roadmap prioritization
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to shape positioning and uncover opportunities
- Craft compelling product narratives and validate product-market fit via pilot and beta programs
- Facilitate onboarding and testing with early customers, refining messaging and feature priorities based on feedback
- Experiment with pricing and packaging, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Strategy to maximize revenue
Revenue Growth & Sales Enablement
- Drive early sales cycles to reach initial revenue goals; define early adopter pricing strategies
- Build scalable sales motions with playbooks, vertical targeting, and enablement tools
- Train internal teams and partners, ensuring alignment on positioning, competition, and value props
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance on GTM plans and execution timelines
- Support demand generation, product launches, and messaging for key personas (e.g., CISOs, DevOps)
- Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROI to inform strategy, budgets, and roadmap decisions
👤 It would be great if you have
- 10+ years in GTM leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven success launching and scaling new products from 0 to > $500k ARR
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy
- Deep experience with product-market fit, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
- Skilled in competitive analysis, market research, and customer segmentation
- Strong storytelling and messaging abilities for technical and executive audiences
- Experience building sales enablement programs (playbooks, talk tracks, training)
- Data-driven mindset
- Track record of leading pilot sales cycles and onboarding early adopters
- Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence at the board level
