The Strategic Execution and Business Enablement team is broadly responsible for designing and delivering on key activities that improve the Bank's efficiency and effectiveness through strategy identification, operational enhancements, and expense / risk management. The team's work includes identifying and solving both short term and long term complex strategic challenges in partnership with stakeholders across the Bank, delivering and owning Enterprise operating routines that improve work efficiency and effectiveness, such as optimizing key Enterprise reporting routines and business processes, and partnering with Line of Business and Corporate Service leadership to ensure clear, concise, and consistent executive storyboarding and communications. As a member of the team, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion with a large cross section of stakeholders, partners, and colleagues. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across EverBank while reporting directly to and supporting the head of Strategic Execution and Business Enablement._x000d_
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Helps shape and activate the Bank’s strategy through planning, design, documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Develops roadmaps for executing strategic and financial performance for various business and corporate functions.
- Recommends and leads execution to improve processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Manages cross-functional working groups to drive improved performance in support of the Bank’s goals.
- Works with program management/ project management office to ensure accurate prioritization and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Develops trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders, and key business partners.
- Contributes thought leadership on the industry, Bank performance and opportunities, analytics, etc.
