Ziegler Aerospace is seeking a business operations intern to assist in managing our global operational workflows. This is a full-time, intensive internship offering a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to aerospace sector processes and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing query resolution
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage and respond to incoming queries via email and track them to closure.
- Coordinate across internal teams to gather necessary information for query resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, document submissions, and status updates.
- Assist in maintaining trackers for ongoing requests, follow-ups, and pending actions.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of external and internal requests while upholding confidentiality.
Note: This is a daily full-time internship. Candidates seeking flexible/part-time options will not be considered. Only final-year students or graduates will be considered.
