About the Role:
We’re building a sales engine — and we need someone obsessed with systems, data, and process to make it run. This is a unique opportunity for a RevOps Coordinator to get in early, experiment boldly, and build out the core infrastructure that will scale our inside sales, outreach, and marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and configure our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, funnels, and attribution
- Build dashboards and weekly reporting tools to track KPIs
- Support testing and outbound campaign operations
- Help implement internal workflows (e.g., playbook tracking, meeting structures)
- Own data accuracy, pipeline structure, and tool integration
- Participate in daily standups and weekly process reviews
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years in a sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM-focused role
- Comfortable with HubSpot, reporting tools, and process documentation
- Detail-obsessed, organized, and motivated to take ownership
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
- Must be located in or near Kitchener-Waterloo and available to work in-office

Pay: $48,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
