We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the global finance function. The CFO will oversee financial strategy, planning, reporting, and risk management, while leading a team of finance professionals across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s global financial strategy
- Lead and manage a finance team across different regions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and consolidation
- Manage cash flow, treasury, tax, and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic decision-making
- Support M&A, investments, and business growth initiatives
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems globally
Qualifications
- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of international finance, accounting, and compliance
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
- Strategic mindset with strong business partnering skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Relevant finance qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
