About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale Vistim Labs’ revenue strategy. As CRO, you will define our go-to-market approach, drive sales and strategic partnerships, and play a key leadership role as we expand into new markets and increase adoption of our neurodiagnostic platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our breakthrough neurodiagnostic solution directly to neurologists.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities.
- Oversee pipeline development, deal negotiations, and key account management.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, clinical, and product teams to ensure market fit and customer success.
- Monitor key performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress to the board and investors.
Compensation
We are an early-stage startup, so we are seeking a leader comfortable with a mix of low base salary, attractive performance-based commissions, and meaningful equity.
