My client is a recognised world leader in sales and service performance improvement, delivering global training initiatives in local languages with deep local expertise. They are also an industry leader in sales-specific AI tools that expand and enhance their legacy offerings, shifting the way clients consume learning. Leveraging the latest research into real-world selling and buying behaviours, they design highly practical change programs with real-life application and experiential learning.
They are now looking for a successful Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead their long-term strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record of leading growing/scaling organisations from within the learning, pro-services and SAAS space.
Qualifications And Experience (About You)
- Experience: Proven track record of success in senior revenue leadership roles, preferably within the training or professional services industry. Experience in driving growth in a SaaS business environment is essential, with a demonstrable history of boosting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and managing large-scale revenue operations.
- Skills: Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, marketing strategies, customer success best practices, and strong financial acumen. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Location: This role is remote-friendly, with teams located in both the United States and the United Kingdom. (Head office in London, another US based office with sporadic international travel)
