The company is experiencing accelerated global demand and is now seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead all revenue-producing teams and guide the next phase of expansion.
Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will own the full revenue lifecycle and build a predictable, scalable growth engine. This role oversees Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency in execution.
This leader will define and drive global go-to-market strategy, scale enterprise sales, optimize repeatable revenue motions, and expand the company’s footprint across North America, Europe, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Strategy
- Own revenue targets and develop a long-term GTM strategy aligned to company growth and operational priorities.
- Build repeatable, scalable revenue motions that support enterprise sales and multi-product expansion.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape overall business, product, and market direction.
Sales & GTM Execution
- Lead and grow an enterprise B2B sales organization selling into large regulated industries.
- Improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and develop strong deal governance, forecasting processes, and value-driven sales methodologies.
- Oversee pricing strategy and commercial models including SaaS, multi-module licensing, usage-based pricing, and enterprise platform agreements.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Expand and operationalize strategic partnerships including technology alliances, system integrators, distributors, and consulting firms.
- Build co-sell, co-delivery, and ecosystem-driven growth channels.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Lead marketing strategy including product marketing, positioning, customer storytelling, and demand generation.
- Elevate company visibility within enterprise technology, insurance innovation, and digital transformation communities.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Establish a lifecycle-focused revenue model that increases retention, renewal rates, and expansion across existing accounts.
- Ensure customer success outcomes align with measurable ROI and business transformation metrics.
Operational Infrastructure
- Build a world-class revenue operations function including analytics, forecasting, enablement, and playbooks.
- Align revenue, product, operations, and delivery functions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Required
- 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or platform technology.
- Experience selling into or operating within regulated markets (insurance, financial services, or similar).
- Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals with complex buying committees and long cycle times.
- Proven track record scaling revenue from approximately $20M+ to $100M+ ARR or equivalent.
- Strong command of GTM strategy, modern sales frameworks, forecasting, and operational rigor.
Preferred
- Experience in InsurTech, Life & Annuity technology, or digital transformation platforms.
- Existing network with insurance carriers, consultancies, and system integrators.
