About the role
Heylist is searching for a driven, people-focused, and highly motivated Chief Revenue Officer — a strategic and hands-on leader who will own and scale every revenue-generating function. As our first CRO, you’ll define and execute our go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
You’ll build the foundation, systems, and culture that power consistent, scalable growth — while staying close to customers and leading with modern outreach strategies and tools.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, unify, and scale all commercial functions: sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Develop and execute Heylist’s GTM roadmap for North America and beyond.
- Own forecasting, pricing, and revenue operations in collaboration with finance and product teams.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across growth, brand, and business development.
- Strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to bring customer insights into product innovation and positioning.
- Build a performance-driven, experiment-friendly culture focused on measurable impact.
You’ll Excel If You
- Bring 8+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, or growth — ideally in SaaS, martech, or the creator economy.
- Have a track record of scaling revenue from early traction to multi-million ARR.
- Are equally strong at high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Thrive in startup environments: resourceful, fast-moving, data-informed, and creative.
- Lead with clarity and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
- Understand the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media landscape.
