The Role:
We’re looking for a founding GTM leader who thrives in ambiguity, owns results, and can architect and execute our end-to-end revenue strategy. This is not a figurehead CRO role—it’s hands-on, in the trenches, and mission-critical.
You'll lead sales, marketing, and customer success, define our go-to-market engine, and be accountable for the revenue number. You will partner closely with our CEO and executive leadership to build the growth engine from 0-1.
What You’ll Do
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Build and lead our outbound & inbound sales strategy from scratch
- Create scalable outreach processes, targeting decision-makers in Fortune 500s, PE/VC-backed firms, and high-growth startups
- Develop and close key enterprise partnerships
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM implementation
Marketing Leadership
- Build our brand voice and awareness with an executive-first tone
- Lead growth marketing, performance campaigns, and content strategy
- Drive community engagement through executive thought leadership and events
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing assets (case studies, guides, GTM frameworks, etc.)
Customer & Product Alignment
- Help define our ICPs and refine our service offerings
- Create repeatable revenue motions around interim, fractional, and retained executive search models
- Align closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless candidate-to-client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven GTM leader (Head of Sales, Head of Growth, or CRO experience at a startup or growth-stage firm)
- Deep experience in recruiting sales - retained executive recruiting sales is a huge plus
- Founder mindset—willing to build from scratch, experiment, and move quickly
- Hands-on execution ability—you’re not afraid to run sales calls and write copy
- Data-driven, scrappy, and creative with strong storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of building brand equity in high-trust industries
- Successful exit prefered
