Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Sales & Operations Associate for our Orangeville studio.
Hours:
- Up to 25 hours each week ( 4-5 shifts each week, between Monday - Friday beginning 830/9:00am).
- Shifts are 4-5 hours in duration.
- Must be flexible to work periodic evenings and weekends.
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness offers FAR Infrared Hot Yoga & Fitness fusion classes across 150 studios in North America. A boutique studio, with unique variety of classes focusing on member health, inclusion, and community vibes.
This role will be located in Orangeville, Ontario and best for individual who thrives in a fast paced, people focused environment. This role is customer and sales driven- your primary focus while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales Focus: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively converting trial members to full memberships.
- Retention & Reactivation, Proactive outreach to trials, past members and prospects
- Front Desk Operations: Greet members, reconcile accounts, process payments, and handle inquiries efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness of studio
- Problem Solving & Multitasking: Keep operations running smoothly, even during peak times or unexpected challenges.
- Marketing & Social Media: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content to promote classes, offers, and events.
- Community Engagement: Represent the studio at outreach events to attract new members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven success in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills — confident in starting conversations and closing deals.
- Organized and adaptable with great problem-solving skills.
- Social media experience is an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate booking/payment systems (Mindbody experience is a plus).
- Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and building community connections.
Schedule & Availability:
- Monday - Friday (beginning 8:30/9:00am up to 5 hours each shift)
- Evening and weekend shifts as needed- we are open 7 days a week
