We are seeking a Business Operations Associate Manager to help scale systems, processes, and insights that directly impact member experiences. This high-impact role requires a mix of analytical rigor, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the company scales with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement repeatable internal processes to solve complex operational challenges
- Conduct operational audits and efficiency reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead analytics projects that uncover actionable insights across the business
- Build dashboards and self-serve data tools to track KPIs and guide decision-making
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives
- Create playbooks and frameworks to standardize and scale best practices
- Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations that inform company strategy
- Take ownership of evolving high-impact projects as company needs change
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in business operations, strategy, analytics, or similar fields
- Strong analytical abilities and SQL fluency (live SQL exercise required)
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems with structure and data
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex topics into clear insights
- Comfort operating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to move quickly from insight to execution
- Strong judgment on when to seek guidance and when to act independently
