Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a sharp, self-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist who thrives in early-stage environments. You’ll play a key role in launching our product, driving awareness, and generating demand across channels. If you're comfortable blending strategy with execution and want to build something meaningful from the ground up — we’d love to talk.
What You'll Bring:1. B2B SaaS / Tech Marketing Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS products or tech service companies (ideally both).
- Comfort and familiarity with audiences such as founders, owners, and product managers.
2. Product-Led Growth Understanding
- Experience in GTM planning for early-stage products.
- Able to build momentum with early adopters, beta users, and niche communities.
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Hands-on experience in both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Proficient in content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and paid media (LinkedIn & Meta ads).
- Skilled at defining ICPs and aligning messaging and targeting strategies.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
4. Social & Content Strategy Execution
- Ability to grow followers and engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Experience managing personal brand accounts (e.g. co-founders’ LinkedIn).
- Proficient in leveraging content formats like testimonials, use cases, videos, and case studies to drive awareness and conversions.
5. Startup-Ready Mindset
- Experience working in lean teams or early-stage startups.
- Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience launching new products from scratch (especially in developer or engineering-focused tools).
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.

Pay: ₹496,529.82 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
