With strong momentum across retail and online channels, we are now gearing up for the next phase of growth and seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategy across all channels.
Role Overview:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be the growth engine of Nurturing Green, responsible for driving revenue across Retail, Corporate/B2B, Institutional, and Online Sales. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this role will also spearhead new business opportunities such as General Trade and other strategic initiatives.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with proven success in scaling consumer brands and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and execute new opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Revenue & Strategy
- Own and deliver the company’s topline revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and execute a unified sales & BD strategy across all revenue streams.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new revenue opportunities (GT, Franchisee/EBOs, institutional tie-ups, partnerships etc. ).
Retail & Modern Trade
- Lead and scale the Retail team (SIS, MBOs, modern trade).
- Ensure consistent sales growth, stock optimization, and customer experience excellence.
Corporate & Institutional Sales
- Oversee corporate/B2B and institutional sales vertical.
- Drive partnerships, gifting, and large-volume institutional opportunities.
Online Sales
- Provide leadership to the Online Sales Head (e-commerce, quick commerce, growth/ads).
- Drive performance, visibility, and revenue across online platforms.
Future Channels & Projects
- Build and scale General Trade distribution, Franchise models, and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs).
- Lead feasibility studies, execution, and growth for new initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams across channels.
- Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and incentive structures to drive accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12–14 years of progressive experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Strong exposure to Retail, Corporate/B2B, and Online sales.
- Proven success in Consumer Goods / Lifestyle / FMCG / D2C brands.
- Track record of scaling revenues across multiple channels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; prior startup or business-building experience preferred.
- Strong sales personality — ambitious, persuasive, resilient, and result-driven.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
