Team Lead- GEBS Operations
Noida
The “Team Lead- GEBS” is part of shared services. We work with our valued stakeholders, including customers, distributor partners, and country teams. We guide process optimization and enhancement, and manage stakeholder and customer experience on every interaction. Our environment is fast-paced and structured, which is part of the GSC. We reduce transactional efforts by efficient processes. These processes help to expedite issue resolution.
You will be report to MANAGER GEBS BUSINESS OPERATIONS and work in a Hybrid capacity from our Noida- India office.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of GEBS Operations employees to ensure completion of work
- Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity by process improvements
- Guide process efficiency multiple CI & Lean Methodologies
- Ensure the ecosystem for potential automation
- Collaboration within department, maintaining a information sharing process
- Collaboration with other departments to resolve complicated issues
- Assist Department Head - Global Shared Services
- Provide feedback to the Team and taking full responsibility including assessment, management and
- performance appraisals (PADR) of the team reporting to this position
- Provide direction, assistance and collaborate with Team
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution to these issues.
- Build in simple, ways to achieve desired outcomes
- Oversee individual performance and aware of team performance goals
- Collaboration with other departments to resolve complicated issues
- Manage workflow and work schedules of the team
- Others trust someone who is supportive of team decisions.
- Involved in multiple Projects and assisted Management in operation
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Full-time Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
- Minimum 8 or more years of experience, working in a fast paced, high volume business environment
- Expertise with SAP – CRM, ERP, ECC
- Knowledge of MS Office suite & other productivity applications
- Alternative Positioning and Managing team
- Analytical and conceptual expertise
- Ability to work on own initiative within guardrails
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- We will prefer an MBA or similar professional qualification.
- Rockwell Automation requires expertise in one or more of its business systems.
- We prefer a working knowledge of web-based tools.
