Senior Product Manager — Product Management

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help with strategy, productization, and delivery of platform-based, automated IT services across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in transforming services into scalable, software-driven offerings with APIs, orchestration, and self-service, and hands-on experience building and scaling infrastructure services centric Platform Based Services (PBS)—especially in Generative AI and agentic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for Platform Based Services (PBS) across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms.
- Align product vision with market trends, customer demands, and AI-enabled digital transformation.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape differentiated, value-creating product strategies.
Productization of infrastructure services & Automation
- Transform traditional IT services/ Infrastructure services into platform-enabled product bundles with APIs, orchestration, catalogs, and self-service.
- Design pricing and consumption models including subscription, usage-based, and outcome-based constructs.
- Drive continuous automation to improve efficiency, scalability, reliability, and service quality.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Engage with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and external partners to align product offerings with commercial strategies and client needs.
- Serve as the product expert for customer engagements, driving feedback loops and continuous product refinements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery sessions to sharpen product direction.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy
- Plan and execute product launches; enable Sales with positioning, playbooks, and collateral.
- Define and optimize pricing, packaging, and consumption frameworks linked to automation and AI-driven value.
- Influence commercial constructs including subscriptions, usage billing, and outcome-based contracts.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPIs such as ARR, adoption rates, automation ROI, customer satisfaction, and operational margins.
- Use data-driven insights for ongoing product iteration, improved user experience, and operational efficiency.
Program & Project Management
- Own the full product lifecycle and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
- Utilize project/program management practices and tools to manage cross-functional execution and risks.
Requirements-Experience & Skills
- 5-8 years in product management roles within IT services, cloud, data centers, managed services, or software/platform productization.
- Experience working with large infrastructure managed services providers or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in transforming IT services into software platforms with automation and self-service functionalities.
- Hands-on experience in developing and scaling AI products, particularly in Generative AI and agentic transformation environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data center operations, digital workplace, managed networks, and automation frameworks.
- Commercial acumen in pricing models, subscription/usage billing, outcome-based contracts, and P&L influence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across functions and levels.
- Experience with project/program management and delivery focus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant certifications in Product Management, AI, Cloud, or Agile methodologies preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in enterprise IT service providers, MSPs, or large-scale platform services.
- Experience with outcome-based service delivery/pricing.
- Experience building and evolving infrastructure services–centric PBS offerings and driving AI/GenAI adoption within PBS.
- Familiarity with shared services environments.
