We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen the finance function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, managing investor relations, and ensuring strong financial governance to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Planning
- Develop and drive long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Financial Operations & Controls
- Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, and internal control systems.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
Fundraising & Investor Management
- Lead fundraising strategy, investor communications, and due diligence.
- Build detailed financial models and prepare investor presentations and reports.
Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessment.
- Optimize capital structure and maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders.
Business Partnering & Cost Management
- Partner with business and product teams to drive financial discipline.
- Establish cost optimization frameworks and support pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a CFO or Head of Finance, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with fundraising (Equity, Debt, Grants).
- Strong skills in financial modeling, MIS, and investor reporting.
- Ability to convert financial data into actionable strategic insights.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to scaling companies from Series A through growth stages.
- Experience managing international financial operations.
Eligibility
- Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership
