Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Partner – Collaborate with the CEO, board, and executive team to design and execute bold growth strategies.

- Capital & Investment Leadership – Oversee capital structure, investment decisions, M&A, and strategic partnerships that fuel innovation and expansion.
- Governance & Risk Excellence – Uphold world-class standards in financial reporting, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Operational Optimization – Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence across all financial systems and processes.
- Global Expansion Enablement – Lead initiatives that support domestic and international growth, positioning the company as a market leader worldwide.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of senior financial leadership, with proven success as a CFO or equivalent.
- Strong track record of driving shareholder value through disciplined growth, investments, and capital strategy.
- Mastery in corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, and enterprise risk management.
- Executive presence with the ability to inspire confidence, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
- Global business experience is highly valued.
