As we gear up for our next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team on an equity-based compensation model.
Role Overview
As the CFO of Style.re, you will be the financial backbone of our executive team, overseeing financial planning, fundraising strategy, budget management, and financial operations. We’re seeking someone who has previously worked as a CFO in a startup environment—ideally in the last-mile delivery or retail logistics space—and who is comfortable with an equity-heavy compensation structure until we complete our funding round.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Style.re’s growth goals and operational milestones.
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage relationships with investors, drive fundraising efforts, and prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investor pitches.
- Oversee financial compliance, risk management, and due diligence processes, ensuring that all financial operations meet regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a startup, preferably within the last-mile delivery, logistics, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of fundraising processes, financial modeling, and investor relations.
- Willingness to work on an equity-only basis initially, with the understanding that a competitive salary will follow upon closing our upcoming funding round.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
