Position Overview: The Sales Operations Manager will support the sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and providing support to drive sales performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel Management: Coordinate team travel details for tradeshows and conferences.
- Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with tools, resources, and training to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales initiatives.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training materials for new hires and ongoing professional development. Experience developing and implementing SOP’s
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes.
- Experience in tracking, and trending KPI’s across the sales org
- Understanding of forecasting, modeling and data tracking
