What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts to increase revenue and market share
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Negotiate pricing structures and service agreements that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across service lines
- Monitor revenue performance, pipeline health, and account profitability
- Provide strategic input into pricing models, service innovation, and growth initiatives
Executive Client Partnership
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with executive-level decision-makers
- Ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
- Proactively resolve issues and manage high-level client escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Position the organization as a trusted workforce solutions partner
Operational Leadership & Accountability
- Align recruiting, sales, and business leaders to ensure scalable, efficient service delivery
- Partner with business leaders to optimize processes and improve client satisfaction
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach and mentor sales and business leaders to achieve ambitious goals
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first thinking
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in staffing or workforce solutions
- Progressive leadership experience managing revenue and operational teams
- Proven track record of business development, account growth, and revenue expansion
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and executive-level relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in light industrial or high-volume staffing
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and ATS platforms (Avionte)
- Demonstrated success leading scalable growth initiatives
