Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Manager to oversee the systems, processes, and data that power the sales organization. This role will optimize sales performance, streamline operations, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring accurate data tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate sales training programs, onboarding, and tools enablement for the sales team.
- Support pricing strategy, proposal creation, and deal desk management.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to align GTM strategy and customer engagement.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and contracts governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within an IT services or tech company.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of the IT services sales lifecycle, including managed services and custom solutions.
- Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Knowledge of SaaS and services pricing models.
- Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales processes and international sales operations.
