A Distribution Company is seeking a CFO to fill the shoes of a long term employee.
Duties:
- Heavy focus towards acquisitions soup to nuts from investigation to post close.
- Oversight of 25 employees from an Accounting/Finance perspective.
- Balance sheet sign offs and corporate reporting sign off.
- Oversee Banking relationships and Public Accounting Firm relationships.
- Able to travel to various locations as needed 5-10% total.
- Oversight of any software updates/implementations.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years as a CFO, ideally more. Stability in work history is highly valued with this organization.
- Must have an active CPA license, more education is always welcome.
- Prior acquisition oversight
- Experience with dynasty trusts is a plus

Pay: $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
