About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional to manage Sales Operations and Client Training for our HealthTech solutions. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in English, confident in client-facing presentations, and can collaborate across sales, support, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
- Support the sales team with CRM updates, reporting, and proposal preparation
- Coordinate with US clients for demos, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Prepare sales decks, presentations, and client-facing documents
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to the onboarding/training team
Client Training:
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to US healthcare professionals (via Zoom/MS Teams)
- Develop training materials, FAQs, and user guides
- Handle post-training queries and ensure adoption of the product
- Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to product team
General:
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders during their business hours
- Maintain excellent communication and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and automation in sales & training
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate from healthcare background (Pharmacist or MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) – must have client-facing confidence
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Client Onboarding, or Training (HealthTech / SaaS background preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Skilled in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Comfortable with US time zone (night shift)
- Based in India (Ahmedabad preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
