Job Summary:
Looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Head with proven experience in BPO/EdTech. The role involves managing large sales teams, streamlining operations, driving revenue, and ensuring process excellence. Fresher are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage sales teams of 50–100 members
- Implement sales strategies, KPIs & performance reviews
- Drive CRM optimization, lead management & reporting
- Collaborate with HR/Training/Marketing for smooth operations
- Manage escalations & improve customer satisfaction
- Provide insights & reports to leadership
Eligibility:
- Graduate/MBA with 5+ yrs in Sales Ops (BPO/EdTech only)
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Expertise in CRM, analytics & process improvement
- Excellent communication & decision-making abilities
