CIOS is an early-stage Swiss startup building the first Customer Intelligence Operating System—an AI-native platform that turns scattered customer and business data across the whole landscape into measurable action plans to reduce churn, engage in opportunities and optimise business expenses.

The Role
- We’re looking for a GTM / Commercial Specialist to collaborate on our go-to-market motion from scratch. You’ll work side by side with the CEO to bring CIOS into the hands of our first customers, shape our positioning, and build scalable sales processes.
- You’ll be the driver behind our early revenue—prospecting, pitching, and closing design partners and early adopters.
What You’ll Do
- Own GTM strategy: target segments, ICP, messaging, pricing
- Support product development with MVP definitions and key feature/problem identification for target markets.
- Identify and close early users & customers (pilot, design partner, or paid MVP)
- Run outbound and inbound efforts (cold outreach, campaigns, demo calls)
- Build and manage a lightweight pipeline and CRM
- Collect structured feedback to influence product roadmap
- Represent CIOS at events, meetings, and investor conversations
