Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Ana, CA. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include financial planning, developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, producing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will also supervise finance personnel, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team to support business objectives.

- prepare CapX, and understand comolex ratios needed to finance projections by creating porformace for financials per project and for the company.
