CFO Opportunity | Los Angeles (East LA Area) | $250K–$300K + Bonus
We’re partnering with a dynamic, privately held investment firm with a diverse portfolio across manufacturing, wholesale, retail, real estate, and partnerships in entertainment/hospitality. The firm is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to drive financial strategy, support investment decisions, and lead a growing finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, reporting, and treasury
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and investment decisions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across a multi-entity structure
- Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational efficiencies
- Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration efforts
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Prior experience as a CFO or strong #2 ready to step up
- Background in manufacturing, wholesale, or retail highly preferred
- Experience in private equity or investment environments is a plus
- Strong FP&A and operational finance expertise
- CPA preferred
