We are pre-seed / early-stage and seeking a strategic Co-Founder & CFO to drive fundraising, investor relations, financial strategy, and eventually capital deployment. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth crypto startup from the ground up.
Role Overview
As Co-Founder & CFO, you will be the financial and investor-facing leader of Bitsri. Your responsibilities will evolve as the company grows:
Fundraising & Investor Relations (Immediate Priority)
- Build and maintain relationships with crypto-focused VCs, angels, and strategic partners.
- Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and fundraising materials.
- Lead negotiations and term sheets for seed and future rounds.
Financial Strategy & Tokenomics
- Design sustainable lending, borrowing, and yield models.
- Model platform economics, APRs, TVL growth, and risk exposure.
- Implement reporting frameworks for investors and internal stakeholders.
Capital Management & Growth (Future)
- Oversee platform liquidity and BTC collateral deployment.
- Optimize yield strategies, borrowing programs, and treasury management.
- Develop and enforce risk management policies for volatile markets.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Act as a co-founder and strategic partner to the CEO/founder.
- Contribute to business roadmap, product strategy, and key partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced in crypto / DeFi finance, tokenomics, or digital asset management.
- Proven fundraising experience, ideally with VCs, angels, or institutional crypto investors.
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of lending/yield mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – comfortable pitching to investors.
- Strategic thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Optional: experience with legal/regulatory compliance in US crypto markets.
- Passion for Bitcoin, blockchain, and DeFi innovation.

Compensation
