About Us
Kizen's Platform, AI Agents & True Context Technology (TCT) power millions of mission critical experiences for leading organizations in highly regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, financial services).
Our platform helps organizations automate the workflows that matter most — from helping insurance agents manage contracting and commissions, to enabling healthcare providers to deliver proactive patient care, to empowering financial institutions to classify documents and extract data automatically.
And that's just the beginning. With Kizen,
developers can build new enterprise applications and impactful AI agents, while
business users can customize dashboards and agents using natural language, low-code, or code — all on the same platform.
What used to take months or years to build, configure, and connect now takes just days. Kizen combines powerful pre-built agents and use cases with an enterprise platform for automation and data connection — all built on an AI-first architecture that's easy to adopt, scale, and trust.
We're solving real operational problems and helping the world's most complex organizations work faster, smarter, and more humanely.
Join us in transforming how industries work — one workflow, one agent, and one customer success story at a time.
About the Role
Shape the financial future of a rapidly scaling AI enterprise and lead the company through its next phase of explosive growth and major milestones, including future fundraising and a potential IPO.
We are looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a history of driving successful financial strategies for growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, managing hyper-growth from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in revenue, and achieving successful outcomes in multiple institutional fundraising rounds (Series B-E) and IPO preparations as we bring our next-gen platform to the world.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you'll be working directly with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to build and manage a world-class financial infrastructure that supports Kizen's long-term strategic vision and operational excellence.
In this dynamic role, you'll lead our teams responsible for:
- Fundraising and Investor Relations: Partnering with the CEO to lead all future funding rounds, manage investor communications, and articulate Kizen's financial narrative and growth trajectory.
- Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide decision-making and resource allocation across all departments.
- Operational Finance and Controls: Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the company grows.
- Strategic Leadership: Serving as a key strategic partner to the executive team on major business initiatives, corporate development, and maximizing the value of the work being done at Kizen.

- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to invest properly to maximize growth
Capital Markets & Investor Relations
- Lead and execute successful institutional fundraising efforts, from due diligence to closing.
- Manage relationships and communications with current and prospective investors, building trust and transparency.
Financial Operations & Infrastructure
- Direct all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and implementing robust internal controls and scalable financial systems (ERP, billing, payroll).
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and risk management to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
Executive Leadership & Corporate Development
- Partner with department heads to optimize business performance, drive operational efficiencies, and manage spending to achieve profitability targets.
- Play a critical role in corporate development, including financial analysis of potential M&A targets and structuring for a successful liquidity event (e.g., IPO or acquisition).
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years as a CFO or VP of Finance in a high-growth B2B SaaS/technology company.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a finance function during periods of hyper-growth, specifically across the $100M+ ARR Range
- Direct, successful experience leading Series B through Series E institutional fundraising rounds.
- Deep expertise in SaaS business models, metrics, financial modeling, and value drivers.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax regulations, with experience in managing global finance operations is a plus.
- A "hands-on" leader with the ability to dive into details while maintaining a strategic, high-level perspective.
- Experience in planning for an IPO
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting complex financial data to the Board, investors, and company employees.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
