Core Responsibilities

Implementation & Customization
Configure business rules, workflows, approval processes, and product configurations.
Customize the CPQ UI with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Extend CPQ functionality using BML (BigMachines Language).
Integration
Connect CPQ with CRM (like Salesforce, Oracle CX Sales) and ERP systems (like Oracle Fusion, SAP).
Develop APIs and web services for system integration.
Scripting & Development
Write BML scripts for pricing, configuration, and commerce rules.
Use REST/SOAP APIs for external integration.
Automate quote-to-order processes.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Debug issues in configuration, pricing, and quoting.
Perform unit testing and assist with UAT.
Performance Optimization
Tune performance of commerce rules and configurations.
Optimize workflows and quote generation speed.
