Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: South of Dallas, TX (On-site) | Employment Type: Full-Time
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit in South Dallas. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive team, overseeing all finance, accounting, and day-to-day operations while partnering with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders in real estate and development. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on financial management to ensure fiscal health and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Manage treasury and cash flow, ensuring strong financial controls.
- Oversee capital and real estate projects with internal and external partners.
- Support strategic planning, fundraising, and investment initiatives.
- Supervise accounting, payroll, and administrative operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including nonprofit CFO experience.
- Expertise in fund accounting, grant compliance, and capital project finance.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills; mission-driven mindset.
