Project Manager – Data & Business Operations - Job Description:
We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple business and technology projects focused on improving operational performance and reporting efficiency. The role involves planning, project control, data-driven reporting, and execution, with a focus on refining project standards and maintaining accurate project data.
Project Manager – Data & Business Operations - Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through closeout using PMI-aligned standards.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based forecasting, estimation, and tracking tools for leadership review.
- Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and drive resolution proactively.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate status, and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Support the standardization and refinement of project management practices and deliverables.
Project Manager – Data & Business Operations - Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in a structured environment.
- Advanced Excel skills – including data modelling, pivot tables, filters, and formulas for forecasting and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management training).
Project Manager – Data & Business Operations – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Audio Visual (AV) or digital signage project delivery.
- Background in public sector, enterprise, or multi-division environments.
- Familiarity with change management or process improvement initiatives.
