We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales and Operations individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business-to-business outreach, visiting commercial properties, strata management companies, and construction firms, and managing team/projects, bringing new ideas, implementing to promote our cleaning and maintenance services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily business-to-business visits to introduce our company’s cleaning , facility maintenance services for exterior and interior services and much more in the business we offer.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as property managers, business owners, and site supervisors.
- Generate leads and build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional interactions.
- Prepare and deliver service presentations and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and follow-up activities.
- Engage with our cleaning team, check schedules, ensure the project meets deadlines.
- Schedule, and be hands on for supervising site, ensuring optimal satisfaction to the client.
- Attend meetings or networking events to represent the company and enhance brand visibility.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets after probation.
- Be part of improvements and decision making, understanding operations in depth and adding value in growing the company.
Requirements
- Previous outside sales or business development experience, and operations handling (preferably in cleaning, janitorial, or facility services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily travel schedule.
- Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage allowance or company vehicle may be provided).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable approaching new businesses in person.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic reporting preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
