We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Vice President to lead the company's strategic initiatives, oversee business operations, and drive sustainable growth. He/ she will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop business strategies, improve operational performance, manage key stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
- Oversee the overall operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers and department heads to build a high-performing organization.
- Establish performance goals, monitor business outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and operational plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare business reports and present recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors where required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies,Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
