We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic CFO to lead the financial strategy and drive the next phase of growth for a Global hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning and business performance.
- Drive M&A activities, including acquisitions, due diligence, valuation and deal execution.
- Identify investment opportunities and support business expansion and portfolio growth.
- Oversee financial operations, treasury, risk management and corporate governance.
- Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines.
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience within the hotel or hospitality
- Proven track record in M&A, acquisitions and investment transactions.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
