We are retained on a search for a Chief Financial Officer to join a fast-scaling consumer business at a pivotal stage of growth. The company generates ~$130M in annual revenue and has a clear plan to more than double within the next five years. Backed by private equity and partnered with Whole Foods, the business has both the resources and strategic partnerships to accelerate its expansion.
About the Company
With over 16 years in market, the company has evolved into a multi-channel platform:
- Restaurants: Nearly 30 locations nationwide, with steady annual expansion.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG): Products available nationally with a major retailer, targeting ~100% YoY growth through new SKUs and distribution channels.
- Wholesale & Processing: Vertically integrated sourcing and processing capabilities that strengthen supply chain control and margins.
This unique mix of restaurants, CPG, and processing gives the company brand strength, diversification, and multiple growth levers.
