The Demolition Company of Toronto and Rockwell Harborline Restoration are the Toronto brands of Felicita Holdings Ltd., a Vancouver-based group with active businesses in home services, demolition, and flood restoration. We’ve recently purchased these Toronto brands and are now building out local operations from the ground up.
You’ll be leading this charge alongside ownership — running crews, closing jobs on-site, setting up systems, and driving profitability.
If you’re hands-on, thrive under accountability, and want your income directly tied to performance, this is your opportunity.
Compensation Philosophy
Our model is simple: “eat what you kill.”
We keep base lean and reward performance heavily.
- Base: $5,000/month ($60k/yr)
(Higher base possible for exceptional fit, offset by lower share)
- Profit Share: Large, uncapped, directly tied to branch profitability.
OTE Example:
In Vancouver, our Operations Manager averaged $20k/quarter in profit share ($80k/yr).
With base, that’s $140k+/yr—and there’s room to exceed that as you scale the Toronto branch.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & grow field teams – hire, schedule, coach, and hold demolition and restoration technicians accountable for safety, quality, and speed.
- Handle inbound leads – we’ll provide 4–6 demolition calls per week and invest in Google Ads for flood restoration jobs; you’ll follow up, go on-site, and close projects directly.
- Own dispatch & scheduling – coordinate demolition jobs and rapid-response restoration calls for water, sewage, and storm events.
- Client & adjuster communications – be the professional, steady point of contact for homeowners, property managers, and insurance reps.
- Job costing & margins – track labor, materials, equipment, and rentals; optimize profitability through tight estimating and upsells.
- Equipment & inventory – manage dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, and demolition gear; prevent losses and keep field readiness high.
- Process & SOPs – implement standardized workflows, field documentation, and safety procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- KPI ownership – monitor book rate, lead-to-close ratio, response times, gross margin, and technician utilization.
- Reporting – deliver clear weekly P&L snapshots with actionable plans to lift profit.
- On-call coverage – rotate into after-hours schedule to capture and convert urgent flood restoration leads.
