DMWW wants you to be safe at work and to live a healthy life.About the Position: Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Business Transformation & Operations, provides comprehensive operational support for core business applications with focus on data integrity, process analysis, and vendor coordination. Diagnoses complex data inconsistencies, analyzes business processes to identify operational issues, and coordinates vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance. Reduces senior staff operational burden through systematic problem-solving and process improvement, enabling strategic focus on digital transformation initiatives.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Diagnose and resolve data inconsistencies and process issues across core business applications (CIS Infinity, IFS Workspace, integrated systems) through root cause analysis, corrective implementation, and systematic process improvementUtilize AI productivity tools to enhance work quality and efficiency, support AI-powered applications within area of responsibility, and participate in AI training and adoption initiatives as requiredCoordinate comprehensive vendor relationships including issue escalation, enhancement requests, service level monitoring, and technical communication to ensure optimal application performanceProvide advanced operational support for complex multi-system issues requiring data investigation, process analysis, and cross-functional coordination to resolve problems affecting utility operationsLead data quality governance and process improvement initiatives including validation procedures, integrity checks, workflow optimization, and preventive measures to maintain reliable enterprise operationsDevelop operational documentation and user training including troubleshooting procedures, process workflows, system guides, and knowledge transfer materials to support organizational continuitySupport system implementations and emergency response with focus on data migration integrity, user impact assessment, resource coordination, and service continuity during critical issuesMonitor application performance and coordinate with technical teams to proactively identify operational issues and resolve complex problems requiring multiple system expertisePerform other duties as assigned.
