We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our Carvery Restaurant and Beauty Shop located in Málaga, Spain.
This is an incredible role for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about people, organisation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team, creating a positive, growth-focused workplace.
- Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance.
- Oversee stock control, supplier orders, and inventory audits.
- Handle budgets, cash flow, and end-of-day reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the owner to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct regular operational reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Provide monthly performance updates and implement improvement strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business operations or management roles.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not essential.
- Financial confidence — able to manage, audit, and report cash effectively.
- Experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
