We’re seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our Carvery Restaurant and Beauty Shop located in Málaga, Spain.

This is an incredible role for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about people, organisation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team, creating a positive, growth-focused workplace.
Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance.
Oversee stock control, supplier orders, and inventory audits.
Handle budgets, cash flow, and end-of-day reporting.
Collaborate closely with the owner to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Conduct regular operational reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Provide monthly performance updates and implement improvement strategies.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business operations or management roles.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not essential.
Financial confidence — able to manage, audit, and report cash effectively.
Experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
