Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complete Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects.
- Conduct advanced workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define scalable solution designs.
- Architect and develop complex product configuration models, pricing engines, discount logic, approval workflows, and proposal generation using CPQ tools.
- Customize and manage dynamic document templates using Document Designer or Doc Engine.
- Architect and execute robust integrations between Oracle CPQ and other systems (CRM, ERP, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle PIM, etc.) using SOAP/REST/XML/BML/CCS and scripting languages.
- Oversee unit testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Optimize CPQ performance and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to CPQ best practices, methodologies, and documentation.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation and support.
- Proven experience in CPQ architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and sales automation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
